The mentoring committee will be planning and executing the second annual “PRSSA Mentoring Initiative.” With this program, the committee will match up every new member with their own mentor. The committee will also facilitate the mentoring program.

In the process of pairing upperclassmen with freshman and sophomores, in order to better member relations. This will also give younger members a chance to ask older members for tips and advice involving resumes, internships, or the industry in general.
