Heather was selected along with only two others in the entire nation to Lockheed Martin's two year Communications Leadership Development Program upon graduation in May. Lockheed's CLDPs are NOT interns—they are full-time communicators with competitive pay and benefits.  CLDP rotations concentrate on external communications (media relations and marketing communications) and internal communications (community relations and employee communications).  Professional enrichment opportunities throughout the program include business area and corporate conferences to help build a cross-business network of contacts. Let's give Heather a BIG CONGRATULATIONS!

_Grady College senior public relations major Carly Nash was honored with the Altschul Champions for PRSSA Outstanding Internship Award at the group's national conference in October.  The Altschul award honors a PRSSA member who has achieved exceptional success in a public relations internship while also demonstrating academic excellence and strong practical performance in the field. Nash received the award for her summer 2011 internship at Coca-Colaheadquarters in Atlanta.
