_PRSSA at UGA has won the national PRSSA Bateman Competition twice and has received Honorable Mention at several competitions. In 2010, the Chapter won the Teahan Award for Diversity for its inclusion of members from more than 20 different majors. It also received the Student Organization Achievement and Recognition Awards at the University of Georgia for Organization of the Year, Outstanding Campus Event (for PRofessional CONNECTION) and Outstanding Faculty Advisor.
