Where Digital Meets Traditional 10/12/2011

Kaitlyn Denhihy (UGA ’09), a digital strategist at Engauge in Atlanta, shared a little about life at an advertising agency and case studies from two recent digital campaigns. Life at an agency is crazy and fun, but at the end of the day, they are working hard to create measureable success for clients. Denhihy stressed the importance of networking (both digitally and IRL (in real life)), and securing internships that are hands-on. Once you get experience, you become a great asset to potential employers. After all, we are the digital generation; in the age of social media we are the first generation that grew up surrounded by technology. And this is exactly what employers are looking for in entry-level hires. Add Comment |
